Awakening The Medicine Of Your Voice

An 8 week journey to support you in cultivating you own relationship to your voice as medicine, discovering your sound, and learning how to use it for your own evolutionary journey. 

This is an invitation to remember your voice as medicine, as a sacred tool for transformation. An an invitation for those who long to express themselves freely, reclaim their power, and weave a deeper connection to the sacred through voice and ritual.

Inner Alkame

Using instruments such as the shamanic drum, crystal bowls, harp, my voice, and live looping, I create an intentional space where you are gently yet powerfully guided into deep relaxation and expanded states of consciousness. In these journeys, you may experience visions, insights, or the release of stagnant emotions—opening the way to greater clarity, presence, and connection with yourself. My sessions are always inspired by the sacred energy of the day according to the Mayan Ritual Calendar, the Cholq'ij, offering insight into the themes that are available for us to work with for our own evolution.

Our voice is a tool for transformation, magic, healing, power, and truth. 

This work centers the voice as a portal, grounded in embodied expression and ancestral Mayan wisdom. It’s about reconnecting to your voice not to perform, but to remember who you are. 

Through singing practices, meditations, and supportive rituals you will begin to weave a deeper connection to life and self. As these sessions are very personalized, we can work solely on the emotional and ritual aspect of the voice or we can also integrate singing exercises and technique to improve your voice, especially if you wish to share your voice in spaces through your own offerings.
